Embassy Suites is my favorite. They have a complimentary evening happy hour not three days a week, not four days a week, but seven nights a week. Normally Embassy Suites has the alcohol available at the bar, so you have more than just a couple of options available to you.
Embassy Suites also provides some light hors d'oeuvres. Keep in mind that most Embassy Suites have the atrium design with indoor plants and other vegetation. Some of them also have man-made creeks with fish swimming in them. In my view, while your getting intoxicated, this provides an ambiance which is second to none.
Residence Inn recently improved its evening happy hour. They call it Residence Inn Mix. They normally have a couple of beers on tap. I believe that most of them have Stella. For wine they have a Cabernet or Merlot for red along with a Chardonnay for white. They do this only three nights a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is an attempt to cut to the heart of the business traveler demographic.
Another hotel chain that does an evening happy hour is Staybridge Suites, an extended stay hotel. They normally have a couple of beer options, and a light dinner.
Homewood Suites is another extended stay hotel with a happy hour. It actually goes beyond a happy hour. They have a full fledged dinner four nights a week with beer and wine. They refer to it as an evening social which takes place Monday through Thursday.
